Salmon River Day Float

• This family float trip is a good introduction to the Mighty Salmon River.

• The upper river is a calm float with plenty of trout fishing opportunities if you choose to bring a rod.

• This day float may vary as to put in and take out locations due to water levels.

• Inflatable rafts carry groups of 6 to 8 guests (not including your licensed boatman).

• Day floats include scrumptious riverside feast, USCG approved life jackets and vehicle shuttle.

Combination Pack-Trip/ Hot Springs Soak/Scenic Float

• This custom trip offers the best of everything! After arriving in Challis, the following day we will first schedule a guided/catered three-day pack trip into our base camp, right under Castle Peak.

• From here you will have the opportunity to take photos, enjoy scenery, view wildlife and do some fishing in one of the nearby alpine lake chains.

• After enjoying two nights in our comfortable camp, we will depart the high country for Challis and the Salmon River. Since we arrange for a full day in between trips, there will be plenty of time to enjoy a swim/soak at the historic Challis Hot Springs courtesy of White Cloud Outfitters.

• The next day, you will launch on the famous River of No Return for a two-day catered float with your experienced boatman/guide.

• All of your riverside camping gear will be provided except your sleeping bag.

• This is a great combination trip especially for those new to this area!
